Cel. Głów. p. jest poprawa efektywności wykorzystania energii w 3 budynkach użyteczności publicznej położonych na terenie Gminy Niemce. Zakres prac obejmuje m.in.: remont i docieplenie dachu, stropodachu, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; podłóg; wymianę stolarki okiennej i luksfera, drzwiowej; montaż nawiewników, inst. odgromową; inst. fotowoltaiczną; wymianę instalacji c.o. i c.w.; inst. oświetleniową, montaż ukł. pomiarowych. koszty niekwalif. -montaż kotłów gazowych, inst. gazową do kotłów, inst. detekcji gazu. Zadania w projekcie: Roboty termomodernizacyjne – GOPS Niemce, Roboty termomodernizacyjne – UG Niemce, Roboty termomodernizacyjne – ZS Krasienin, Dokumentacja techniczna, Audyty energetyczne, SW, Nadzór inwestorski, Kampania informacyjno-promocyjna. W ramach p. zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: Prod.: Liczba zmoderniz. en. bud.- 3; Liczba wybudowanych jedn. wytw. energii elektr.-3; Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termo. – 3474,9 m2; Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii z OZE (CI30) – 0,02MW; Dodatkowa zdolność wytw. en. elektrycznej z OZE – 0,02MWe; Rezult.: Ilość zaoszczędzonej en. cieplnej – 1 186,70 GJ/rok; Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia en. pierw. w bud. publ. (CI32) – 406 523kWh/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów ciepl. (CI34) -121,53tony/rok, Ilość zaoszczędzonej en. elektr. – 48,25 MWh/rok. Zmniejsz. Roczn. Zuż. energii pierw. w bud. publ. (CI32) – 406 523,35 kWh/rok. Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych / nowych mocy wytwórczych instal. wykorzysta. OZE – 16,4 MWhe/rok. Grupy docelowe p.: mieszkańcy GN korzystający z usług przedmiotowych placówek. Na podst. PROGR. OCHR.Y POWIET. DLA STREFY LUBELS.J w GN. nie stwierdzono przekr. choćby jednego poziomu dop. lub docel. w odniesieniu do substancji podleg. ocenie jakości powietrza. Dział. przewidziane w P. przyczy. się do realizacji działań napraw. mających na celu popr. stanu jakości powietrza poprzez ogran. emisji pyłu PM10 z syst. grzew.
