Being active pays off!
The goal of the project is to expand social integration and improve access to the labour market. This project refers to the persons remaining under care of City Social Welfare Centre in Krasnystaw (80 persons) which due to the aid received within the framework of the project were able to find employment and to improve their functioning within the society owing to the realized programmes concerning activation and integration. The tasks were realized with the help of the programmes adapted for the needs of individual target groups i.e.:
- Program Aktywizacja i Integracja (Activation and Integration Programme) – a programme for 30 unemployed persons consisting of: workshops, support groups, group and individual specialist counselling;
- Program Aktywności Lokalnej (Local Activity Programme) – a programme for 30 persons which are unemployed and excluded from society or threatened with social exclusion;
- Indywidualny program zatrudnienia (Individual Employment Plan) – a programme for 20 persons which remained unemployed, including persons with low professional qualifications.
Within the framework of the project participants also received financial assistance (benefit) and were provided with care.
