Celem gł. proj jest podniesienie efektyw., jakości i atrakcyj. kształc. zawod. w 4 szkołach prowadz. przez m. Zamość(technikum nr1,techn nr2 i zsz, techn., nr 5, ) w wyniku, którego zwiększone zostaną szanse na zatrudn. 562 uczniów(339K,223M) na lokalnym i region. rynku pracy po zakończeniu przez nich procesu kształc. do dnia 31.10.2019r. poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu rozwoju kształc. zawodowego. Projekt skierowany jest do następującej grupy docelowej: -4 szkoły tj. technikum nr 1 (w ZSP nr1), technikum nr 2 i zsz (w ZSP nr2), technikum nr 5 (w ZSP nr5) -562uczniów(342K, 232M) kształcących się w technikum nr 1 (ZSP nr1), technikum nr 2 i zsz (ZSP nr2), technikum nr 5 (ZSP nr5) prowadzonych przez Miasto Zamość -22nauczycieli(12K,10M) zaw. i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zaod. kształcących w ww. szkołach Projekt zakłada objęcie i realizację kompleksowego programu rozwoju kształcenia zawodowego na rzecz szkół, uczniów i nauczycieli, który obejmuje następujące formy: 1/ Doposażenie szkół poprzez zakup sprzętu/materiałów dydaktycznych do pracowni praktycznych nauk zawodów dla technikum nr 1(ZSP nr1), technikum nr 2 i zsz (ZSP nr2), technikum nr 5(ZSP nr5) 2/ Dodatkowe zajęcia/kursy/szkolenia specjalistyczne dla uczniów technikum nr 1 (ZSP nr1), technikum nr 2 i zsz (ZSP nr2), technikum nr 5 (ZSP nr5) 3/ Szkolenia/kursy doskonalące umiejętności nauczycieli zaw. i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawod. nauczających w technikum nr 1 (ZSP nr1), technikum nr 2 i zsz (ZSP nr2), technikum nr 5 (ZSP nr5) 4/ Staże dla uczniów u pracodawców Okres realizacji projektu: 01.09.2017 do 31.08.2019
