KRYNICA SPA - development of spa infrastructure through renovation of the Mieczysław Dukiet Park in Krynica-Zdrój
As part of the “Krynica Spa” project, Dukieta Park, located right next to the Parkowa Mountain, was revitalized. Thanks to the project, the space acquired a modern character, while maintaining its cultural and historical assets.
Visitors to the park can now enjoy modernized fountains, the form of which has been significantly modernized (backlit at night and playing melodies), as well as outdoor stairs with seats and deckchairs. In the afternoons and evenings, people walking around the park will feel safe thanks to the establishment of new lighting. Greenery enthusiasts should be pleased with the new plantings, which enable interesting arrangements of park interiors.
In Dukieta Park there is also a monument to Professor Józef Dietl – a doctor and rector of the Jagiellonian University, and a monument to Bogusław Kaczyński – a popularizer of classical and opera music.
