Projekt obejmie działaniem 10 przedszkoli z terenu miasta Brzeg PP 1; PP 2; PP3; PP4; PP5; PP6; PP7; PP8; PP10; PP11 tj.: 1100 dzieci (525 dziewczynek/575 chłopców).

Realizowane w ramach projektu działania to:

  1. doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego (OWP) do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym poprzez studia podyplomowe z zakresu pedagogiki specjalnej oraz kursy i szkolenia zgodnie ze zgłoszonym zapotrzebowaniem,
  2. utworzenie 6 nowych oddziałów przedszkolnych obejmujących grupę 145 dzieci oraz dostosowanie i doposażenie istniejącej infrastruktury wychowania przedszkolnego,
  3. rozszerzenie oferty ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego o zajęcia dodatkowe podnoszące jakość edukacji przedszkolnej w zakresie kształcenia i rozwijania u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw/umiejętności (kreatywności, innowacyjności oraz pracy zespołowej); wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów i/lub uwzględniające indywidualizację pracy z dzieckiem 3-4 letnim , w tym o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych tj.:
  • zajęcia szachowe,
  • zajęcia z programowania/informatyczne,
  • zajęcia ruchowe,
  • język obcy,
  • język migowy,
  • arteterapia,
  • dogoterapia,
  • zajęcia teatralne.
