"Senior Home in Pawłowice - establishment of 2 facilities providing round-the-clock care as part of a nursing home and supported housing"
The construction of the Senior Home in Pawłowice will be carried out in the area of the Northern Subregion in the town of Pawłowice.
The investment will include:
- erection of a two-storey, fully equipped facility without architectural barriers, in which two independent facilities will be created, i.e. a 24-hour residence for a maximum of 30 residents, including 7 people in critical condition, supported apartments for a maximum of 25 people,
- conversion of the farm building into an ecumenical chapel and its equipment,
- land development, i.e. arrangement of a garden for rest and recreational activities with a mini zoo, walking alleys, a barbecue area, places equipped with chess tables, a salt graduation tower, parking spaces, installation of external lighting, fencing of the area.
Implementation of the project is to contribute to the creation of a unique and distinctive facility of social services on the scale of the Opolskie Voivodeship, intended for 24-hour stay of the elderly, chronically ill and disabled people.
