Development of investment area in Łapy
Ten new investment plots are waiting for entrepreneurs in the subzone of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone in Łapy. Works on development of the area were completed in May 2019, and on 12 July 2019, the official opening of the investment took place.
The project consisted in developing and preparing the post-industrial areas that previously formed the water and sewage tank of the former Łapy Sugar Factory. It was an area prepared for new brownfield investments.
In May 2019, Gmina Łapy completed the process of preparing ten investments plots, with the area of approx. 1 ha each. They have been equipped with the necessary infrastructure – including in sewage, sanitary and rainwater network, internal road with lighting.
