Professional activation of the unemployed in the most difficult situation on the labor market in the Tczew poviat II
The project is directed to 203 (112 K-women, 91 M-men) of the unemployed registered in the Poviat Labor Office in Tczew, for which the profile of assistance I or II has been established, in the most difficult situation on the labor market (excluding persons before graduation 30 years old), belonging to at least one of the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications from the area of the Tczew poviat. The goal of the project is to increase the chances of employing 203 (112K, 91M) unemployed people in the project.
Specific objectives:
- professional activation understood as leading to permanent, i.e. lasting at least 3 months of employment,
- improving the employability of participants.
Actions:
- participatory diagnosis project (IPD);
- conducting vocational training;
- entrepreneurship training;
- training;
- activities related to the granting of one-off funds for undertaking business activity;
- reimbursement of costs of furnishing or equipping the workplace.
Each participant will be covered by job placement or career counseling.
