Professional activation of the unemployed (excluding persons before the age of 30) in the Kartuzy poviat (II)
The project is directed to 270 unemployed persons (169 K and 101 M) registered in the Poviat Labor Office in Kartuzy, for whom the aid profile I or the assistance profile II in the most difficult situation on the labor market has been established (excluding persons before the age of 30) ) from the Kartuzy poviat belonging to at least one of the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications. Activities in the project (based on the findings of the IPD) are: job placement and / or vocational counseling for each participant, subsidized employment, furnishing or equipping the workplace. One-off funds will be granted to start a business for 40 people (16 K and 24 M), individual trainings will be organized to which 16 people will be directed, and internships for 110 people. The recruitment process will be conducted in an open manner, in line with the policy of equal opportunities for men and women. There will be more women in the project to equalize their chances on the labor market. Recruitment to the project will also constitute recruitment for forms of support. Activities undertaken in the project will be focused on providing high-quality services to the unemployed, including in particular early identification of participants’ needs / checks and diagnosis of their professional development opportunities. The project complies with relevant Community policies and principles, horizontal policies (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policies and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation.
