Activation of the unemployed in the Człuchów poviat (I)
The project is directed to a group of 149 unemployed people 78 K-women, 71 M-men) registered in the Poviat Labor Office from the Człuchów poviat. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of activities for the activation of the unemployed registered in the labor office.
The project will prepare to take an active role in the labor market, remove barriers in the form of mismatched qualifications, change the attitude and motivate the unemployed to retrain as expected by employers.
Increasing the employability of project participants will contribute to achieving the most important effect, which is taking up and maintaining employment for at least 3 months.
Activities envisaged under the project:
- in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems, including by developing / updating IPD;
- creating new jobs in the SME sector by ref. equipment costs or retrofits Workplace;
- gain professional experience by organizing internships;
- starting a business;
- upgrading qualifications and acquiring new skills in training;
- support of a vocational counselor in a process leading to beneficial changes in professional life for people planning to start a business.
