Professional activation of the unemployed above 30 years of age in the Bytów poviat (II)
The project is directed to 248 unemployed persons (92 K-women and 156 M-men) registered in the labor office in Bytów for whom the Aid profile I or Aid profile II is in the most difficult situation on the labor market (excluding people before the age of 30) year of life) from the Bytów poviat.
Participants will be included in the IPD project, job placement or career counseling. Internships will cover 10 people (8 K and 2 M). Subsidized employment, under which 57 people (32 K and 25 M) will be directed to work as part of intervention works, equipment and retrofitting a workplace within which 76 jobs for 76 people (21 K and 55 M) will be created. One-off funds will be granted to start a business for 47 people (19 K and 28 M), individual training will be organized. and group to which 103 people will be directed (30 K and 73 M). The recruitment process will be conducted in an open manner, in line with the policy of equal opportunities for men and women. Recruitment will be available to all interested potential participants/check. Project recruitment will also be recruitment for specific forms of support. Activities undertaken in the project will be focused on providing high-quality services to the unemployed, including in particular early identification of participants’ needs / checks and diagnosis of their professional development opportunities.
One-off funds will be granted to start a business for 44 people (23 K and 21 M), group training will be organized to which 105 people will be directed, including 69 people (30 K and 39 M) will be directed to vocational training, and 30 people (11 K and 19 M) before granting funds to start a business will be directed to training in the “My Company”.
Project recruitment will also be recruitment for individual forms of support. Activities undertaken in the project will be focused on providing high-quality services to the unemployed, including in particular early identification of participants’ needs/checks and diagnosis of their professional development opportunities.
