The main goal of the project is to create new jobs in Social Enterprises, including non-governmental organizations conducting business or non-profit companies. These entities do not work to maximize profits (as in the case of commercial companies), and are rather a way of providing a workplace for themselves. In the simplest terms, there must be a group of people who want to run a business together in order to secure a place of employment on the market. Of course, this does not mean that these entities can not make a profit and grow. As in any company, it is important to accumulate surpluses for investments. The main goal, however, is social and professional activation of people belonging to groups with more difficult start and worse chances of proper functioning in society.
