Projekt (skrót we wniosku: P) realiz. będzie od 01.03.2017 do 30.09.2019 we współpr. Fundacji Pro Civis (Lider, L) oraz ZSZ w Piszu (Partner, S). Celem P jest zwiększ. zatrudnialności uczniów (U) poprzez poprawę jakości kształc. zawod., wzmoc. powiąz. S z przedsiębiorcami–pracodawcami (PR) i zapew. U praktycznej nauk. zawod. u PR. Zgodnie z zapotrzeb. zgłosz. przez PR na etapie konsult. założeń P zostanie do niego zrekrut. 93U: 20U tech. ekonomista (TE), 20U tech. poj. samoch. (TS), 17U tech. hotelarstwa (TH), 15U tech. żywienia i usł. gastronom. (TŻ), 21U tech. obsł. turystycznej (TT). P odp. na realne potrzeby U a zadania w P wynikają z diagnozy zapotrzeb. przyg. przez S i zatwierdzonej przez organ prow. oraz z analizy ankiet przeprow. przed złożeniem wniosku. 58% U zamierza po ukończeniu S rozp. pracę, 39% U chce kontyn. naukę. Ponad 90% U chce zdobyć dośw. zawod. podczas nauki w formie staży u PR, 65% zgłosiło potrzebę podn. komp. miękkich niezb. na rynku pracy, a 75% zdobycia dodatk. kwalif. zawod. podczas kurs. specjalist. S potrzebuje pilnie nowych urządz. celem doposaż. pracowni dla TS. S nawiązała współpr. (podpis. umowy porozumienia o współpr..) z 5 PR: FIMOT, Hotel Zamek Ryn, PAGED, Magia Podróży i Hotel nad Pisą, którzy opracują z S prog. staży, przyjmą 93U na staże i zapewnią min. 5% wkł. wł. w koszt. org. staży. Po rekrut. 93U przepr. będzie indywidual. diagnoza potrzeb U w zakresie kwalif. zawod. i komp. miękkich, na jej podst. U zost. skierowani na zaj. z komp. miękkich. 93U weźmie udział we wszystkich zad. w P.: 1/ staże zawod., 2/ kursy specjalist., 3/ zaj. z komp. miękkich, 4/ wizyty na ucz. wyższych; w ten spos. U będą wyposaż. nowocz. komp. niezb. na rynku pracy i wzrosną ich szanse na znalezienie pierwsz. pracy po zakończeniu nauki.
