Synergia
This project is addressed to 102 people, 26 families, residents of Wydminy Commune, people in danger of poverty and/or social exclusion. The main goal is to increase the access to social services and integration with the local environment. Local animators organise the workshops of family volunteering, assertiveness, home budget management as well as psychological workshops. They also organise discussions about the social economy. These examples are just some of many activities that motivate local community to take up social activities in this environment.
As a result of realising this project, i.e. open workshops, out of all participants, there will be groups formed to organise local events with the support of local animators. Such action involves e.g. independent planning, implementing the events and helping the participants to understand that they have a real impact both on their development and their environment. Furthermore, it teaches the responsibility for the way of benefiting from public resources, respecting the job and establishing cooperation with public institutions. The participants will be allowed to use their skills acquired during the workshops within the entire project, gain experience in organising free time for local community and contribute to socio-cultural development of immediate social environment.
