Construction of a road - connector from Przemysłowa Street to Kleczewska Street in Konin
The subject of the study is the construction of a new section of the road – a connector with a length of 2.063 km from ul. Przemysłowa (national road No. 25) to ul. Kleczewska (provincial road No. 264) in Konin. The scope of the planned investment includes the construction of pavements, a bicycle path, exits, road lighting, drainage, a service channel and the removal of collisions with the existing utilities. The road will partly run along the existing track of Brunatna Street and the existing dirt road. The width of the carriageway will be 7.00 m. The road in question will have a Z class road. The design speed is 40 km/h, traffic category KR5. The road will have a bituminous surface made on the main base of asphalt concrete and the auxiliary base of crushed stone aggregate. Drainage of the planned project is provided by means of roadside ditches and rainwater drainage system. Pre-treatment devices in the form of a separator and a settling tank will be used before sewage in the form of rainwater and meltwater is discharged to receivers at the outlets of the rainwater drainage system. The residential development areas are located approximately 80 m from the route in question. Road – connector from ul. Przemysłowa to ul. Kleczewska is a communication connection for the newly created investment areas of Konin – Międzylesie and access to the industrial areas of Konin-Maliniec. It will facilitate access to existing and planned companies that want to invest their capital in the city. Without the construction of the road, it would not be possible to access the areas of industrial concentration, and thus the economic development of the city of Konin and the region would not be possible. Providing access to the investment areas is a priority task of the Beneficiary.
