The subject of the investment was the reconstruction and extension of the provincial road No. 102 on the Międzywodzie – Dziwnów section, approximately 3.96 km long, along with the reconstruction of the entries to these towns. The scope of construction works included:
- reconstruction, extension and reinforcement of the roadway structure of a voivodship (provincial) road,
- laying of a bitumen overlay on the existing concrete surface, locally demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new one with bituminous surface,
- widening of the road at specific locations,
- reconstruction and expansion of existing crossings and exits,
- reconstruction of a regular crossing into a roundabout in Dziwnów,
- reconstruction and construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes, and bus bays,
- construction of elements slowing down traffic in towns (islands, pedestrian asylums),
- reconstruction of the infrastructure colliding with the reconstructed road,
- demolition of two existing road culverts and construction of new ones
- construction of a rainwater drainage system in Miedzywodzie and Dziwnów with a total length of approx. 900 m,
- renovation and clearing of road drainage elements (ditches, culverts under exits),
- development of street lighting in Dziwnów,
- vertical and horizontal markings,
- necessary security facilities for pedestrians and vehicles.
