Activation of young people unemployed in the city of Opole and the Opole poviat (IV)
The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under 30 years of age. unemployed, registered at the Labor Office, which do not participate in education and training (NEETs). All participants, i.e. 380 people (259 women and 121 men) will be covered by the Individual Action Plan, of which 330 will be sent for internships.
On average, people interested in self-employment, i.e. 50 people, will receive PLN 20,000 to set up their own business.
The main result of the project will be the employment of 39% of participants in the most difficult situation (including immigrants, returnees, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3)) who took up employment during the three months of the following after the day on which they completed their participation in the project (in accordance with the definition of the employment effectiveness indicator) and 54% of the remaining participants not belonging to the abovementioned groups who took up employment for up to three months following the day on which they ended their participation in the project (in accordance with the definition of employment efficiency) registered at the Labor Office in Opole.As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific job activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the Labor Office will implement appropriately selected services and labor market instruments referred to in the Act on promotion and labor market institutions.
