Jiffee is a technology of multi-channel authentication and authorization based on a mobile application. The technology developed by Braintri allows you to confirm the identity of both parties of any transaction with cryptographic certainty.
The Jiffee platform was originally developed for use in mobile payments. However, it turned out that it is also used in a number of industries: confirmation of identity (e.g. during a doctor’s visit), confirmation of age (e.g. for participation in games of chance, mass events), access control (access to physical facilities, such as gates at the stadium, door locks, vehicle start-up; access to IT resources e.g. system login).
The original use of Jiffee technology – the development of a completely new standard for secure mobile payments based on Bluetooth technology – included a comprehensive solution for both the end user and intermediaries in business transactions, i.e. sellers, billing agents and financial institutions.
