AMAL II, a furniture manufacturer from Tarnawa Dolna, specializes in the production of beech furniture for children. The products offered by the company are green, produced from the highest quality materials, and additionally they are timeless and very durable. The project implemented by the company consisted in the implementation of their International Business Strategy and building their position of a significant player on the Swedish, Spanish, Hungarian and Bulgarian markets. The activities planned in the Strategy enabled the increase in the company’s competitiveness, establishing new business contacts and increasing the company’s revenues as well as enabled the presentation of the offer against competitive companies.
