Przedmiotem opracowania jest zagospodarowanie działki nr 11177 w Sieprawiu, w związku z projektem wiaty na kontenery do składowania odpadów oraz wiaty do składowania odpadów wraz z dobudowanym pomieszczeniem do obsługi Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych. Projekt zagospodarowania przedmiotowego terenu obejmuje lokalizację projektowanych obiektów na inwestowanej działce wraz z układem komunikacji wewnętrznej i zielenią urządzoną.Do PSZOK można będzie przekazywać bezpłatnie odpady komunalne zebrane w sposób selektywny, w tym:1 zielone i ogrodowe kod odpadu 20 03 02, 20 01 99, 20 02 01,2 papier i tektura kod odpadu 20 01 01, 15 01 01,3 tworzywa sztuczne kod odpadu 20 01 39, 15 01 02,4 metale kod odpadu 20 01 40, 15 01 04,5 szkło kod odpadu 20 01 02, 15 01 07,6 zużyty sprzęt elektr. i elektr. kod odpadu 20 01 35, 20 01 36,7 wielkogabarytowe kod odpadu 20 03 07,8 zużyte baterie i akumulatory kod odpadu 20 01 33, 20 01 34,9 zużyte opony kod odpadu 16 01 03,10 przeterminowane lekarstwa kod odpadu 20 01 31, 20 01 32,11 tekstylia kod odpadu 20 01 11,12 budowlane i rozbiórkowe kod odpadu 20 03 99,13 opakowania wielomateriałowe kod odpadu 15 01 05Projekt jest zgodny z Planem Gospodarki Odpadami Województwa Małopolskiego zatwierdzonym uchwałą Nr XXXIV50917 SEJMIKU WOJEWÓDZTWA MAŁOPOLSKIEGO z dnia 27 marca 2017 r. w sprawie zmiany Uchwały Nr XI12503 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 25 sierpnia 2003 roku w sprawie Planu Gospodarki Odpadami Województwa Małopolskiego.
