Utworzenie działu B+R w Zakładzie Produkcyjnym firmy Pronar w Hajnówce celem transferu wiedzy, innowacji i technologii na rzecz wzmocnienia potencjału i konkurencyjności regionu
The PRONAR company was established in 1988. It is a leader in the production and sale of machinery and equipment for agriculture, municipal services and the transport industry. It has a nearly 50% share in the Polish market. It is a world-renowned manufacturer of wheels for agricultural and municipal machines, pneumatic and hydraulic elements, trailer axles, as well as steel profiles and plastic elements.
The task that the PRONAR company has set itself was to create a research and development (R&D) department with a prototype workshop in the newly established plant in Hajnówka. The research and development works include running gear, gears used in agricultural and municipal machines as well as in the broadly understood automotive industry.
The equipment of the prototyping room will make it possible to produce prototypes of innovative devices, and in particular to carry out tests to check the applied design solutions and material processing.
The main innovative research areas will be:
- the load on the transmission drive shaft
- the rotational speed of the drive shaft in the right and left directions,
- changing the torque of the drive shaft
- programmable variability of loads of the tested transmission
- optimal gear testing in relation to the actual operating conditions of the device
- measurement of transmission operating parameters such as power, torque, temperature of bearing nodes, traces of meshing, speed on transmission shafts.
As part of the project, the company plans to submit a utility model, industrial design and patent.
The target groups of the centre include producers of agricultural and municipal machinery, producers of trailers and semi-trailers, as well as manufacturers of machinery for forestry and water management.
The company has a dealer network in all countries of the European Union, Scandinavia and Russia. Its products are exported to over 70 countries. It employs over 2,500 people.
