"Hajnówka OdNowa" - revitalization of the urban zone "Chemiczna" in the city of Hajnówka
On Friday, July 31, 2020, the Revitalized Zone, which was established in Hajnówka thanks to European Funds, was officially opened. The aim of the project was to change the functions of the facilities and brownfields. Hajnówka has created a new place for the inhabitants of this area, which improved their quality of life and health, giving them the opportunity to spend time actively.
The project “Hajnówka OdNowa” – revitalization of the urban zone “Chemiczna” in the city of Hajnówka “consisted of several stages. It included the modernization of the stadium, the construction of two swimming pools, the development of the area of the Sports and Recreation Center and the area at the Hajnowski House of Culture in Hajnówka, as well as the construction of the Family Fun Zone (which was opened last year).
The play zone is equipped with: with swings, carousel, rockers, various fitness devices. There is also a shelter with a solar power system (with the possibility of charging mobile devices). While waiting for their children, parents can rest on comfortable, contoured deckchairs with park tables.
