Expansion and reconstruction of the mechanical-biological wastewater treatment plant to a capacity of 800 m³/day in the village of Izbiska
The intended project is the reconstruction and expansion of the existing mechanical-biological wastewater treatment plant on plots located in Izbiska, Wadowice Górne commune to a capacity of 800 m3/day. The planned project consists of partial reconstruction of the existing facilities of the sewage treatment plant (including the expansion well, technical and social building – social part, sludge dewatering station, sludge trailer room, generator room, fence with an entrance gate), construction of new facilities of the sewage treatment plant, networks and inter-circuit installations (among others. Among others, a raw sewage pumping station, a sewage pretreatment building, a sewage and sludge reception point with tanks, two biological reactors, a sludge stabilization and thickening tank, a measuring well). The existing power connection and water connection will be used. The current biological reactor will be adapted into a retention tank. A new treated wastewater interceptor with a larger diameter will be constructed, along with a new outlet for treated wastewater to the Zgórska River . The main objective of the project is to equip the Wadowice Górne agglomeration with a modern wastewater treatment plant located in Izbiska with the required capacity of 800m3/day, which will ultimately ensure the treatment of wastewater from all residents living in the agglomeration. The specific goal is to introduce modern treatment technology and process control, which will increase the efficiency of wastewater collection and treatment in the Wadowice Górne agglomeration.
