Revitalization of the Juliusz Housing Estate by adapting the building at ul. Czołgistów in Sosnowiec as a center for the activation and integration of the local community
The subject of the project is the adaptation (reconstruction) of the building at ul. Czołgistów 5 in Sosnowiec for the nursery and the Day Support Center for children and youth.
The scope of work envisaged in the project includes:
- replacement of doors and windows,
- insulation of external walls and roof,
- installation of goods and passenger lifts,
- paving works,
- roof reconstruction,
- replacement of lightning-proof installation,
- replacement of flashing,
- installation of fiber optic Internet and
- development of the area around the building.
It will be supplemented by the purchase of fixed assets – facility equipment.
As a result of the investment, infrastructure conditions will be created for:
- providing access to care services for 25 children up to 3 years old – nursery,
- creation of the Day Support Center for children and youth – community center with elements of animation and street work for children aged 7 to 14 years.
