Developing the utilities infrastructure of "Grębocin nad Strugą" investment areas in Toruń.
The subject of the project was to supplement the missing elements of the complex technical infrastructure of the “Grębocin nad Strugą” investment areas to improve their investment attractiveness. The investment site is an attractive area located in a well-connected part of the city – at Przelot Street, about 1.5 kilometers from the “Lubicz” motorway junction. (A1). The investment area is between Ciekawa Street and the Torun-Sierpc railroad track on the west side, as well as national road No. 80 and express road S-10 on the east side. The eastern part of the area is adjacent to the Lubicz junction, built a few years ago, located within the A1 motorway. The project involved the construction of sanitary, sewage, rainwater and teletechnical systems, water supply and lighting, as well as the construction of an access road with a one-sided sidewalk. Thanks to the comprehensive infrastructure of the investment areas, the accessibility to attractive urban areas has been significantly improved, which in consequence attracts external investors, who invest their capital in the area and thus create new jobs there. The implementation of the project also contributes to the development of local entrepreneurship and reduction of unemployment.
