"Social and professional reintegration of people with addiction syndrome residing in the area of Lublin revitalization"
The project aims to increase the level of social and professional roles, including employment of people with mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of psychoactive substances. The target group are adults (6 people – women and men), residing in the area covered by the program of revitalization in Lublin, possessing a medical certificate with the diagnosis of the disease code/disease syndrome F10-F19 according to ICD-10 classification.
As part of the project implementation, activities will be carried out to support socio-professional integration in the form of developing an individual path of socio-professional reintegration for each participant, individual classes (workouts, therapeutic sessions, hobby classes, specialist counseling) and in the form of qualification courses (on the basis of diagnosis every participant will complete a professional course and a digital competence course tailored to their needs). The project is characterized by a long and highly individualized process that is adapted to the needs of addicts. This integration will also contribute to increasing the quality of life (including social and professional activity) of their family members and the local environment.
