Launching foil and bags of improved technical parameters for loose and granulated material packaging on the market, based on R&D results.
The main activity of KABLONEX company is the production of printed polyethylene foil and bags. The project consisted in purchasing modern lines for the manufacture of eco-friendly packaging, with high functional properties for users while maintaining low basis weight. Owing to the EU subsidy, the following purchases were made: two 5-layer lines for production of foil with the blown method and a 6-colour printer for printing with water paints, an afterburner of volatile organic compounds cooperating with a 10-colour printer for printing with solvent-based paints, a film joining press, and a bag welding machine. Furthermore, a hall with an area of over 1000 m2 was constructed, including necessary infrastructure: racks, trucks and peripheral devices, e.g. an automatic line for cutting paper tubes. The project responded to the shortages in the company’s portfolio. Now it is possible to supply comprehensively the companies which pack their products into bags using packaging machines, e.g. with FFS sleeves. The investment is a consequence of the dynamic growth of the plastics industry in Poland and Europe, and constantly increasing product demands of clients. All these lines contributed to the introduction of innovative foil bags and sleeves, which enable loose material packaging all over the world.
