Activation of young people unemployed in the city of Opole and the Opole poviat (V)
The goal of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people young under 30 years of age unemployed, registered at the Labor Office as unemployed, of whom at least 60% are people who do not participate in education and training (NEETs).All participants, i.e. 305 people (199 women and 106 men) will be covered by the Individual Action Plan, of which 255 will be sent for internships.On average, we will provide PLN 16,260.00 (net) to people interested in self-employment, i.e. 50 people, for setting up their own businesses.The main result of the project will be the employment of 42% of participants in the most difficult situation (including immigrants, returnees, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3)) who took up employment during the three months of the following after the day on which they completed their participation in the project (in accordance with the definition of the employment efficiency ratio) and 57% of other participants not belonging to the above groups who took up employment during the three months following the day on which they ended their participation in the project (as defined by the employment efficiency indicator).As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific job activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the Labor Office will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labor market referred to in the employment promotion and labor market institutions.
