Professional activation of the unemployed (excluding persons before the age of 30) in the Malbork poviat (IV)
The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities for young people up to 29 who remain unemployed in the Malbork poviat. Under the project, support will be provided to persons under 30 years of age registered with the PUP in Malbork. For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the office will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labor market. The project complies with the horizontal principles: the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities, the principle of equal opportunities for women and men and the concept of sustainable development (while remaining neutral towards it). The project is also compliant with the Community and national law and the provisions of the OP KED.
Support:
job placement, career counseling, training, one-off funds to start a business, internships, equipping or retrofitting the workplace, intervention works.
The project was extended until the end of 2022.
