Active in business - trainings and subsidies for the opening of business
The project is addressed to 17 people aged 19-29 (inclusive), including those with disabilities, residing in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, unemployed, unregistered at the labor office, not in a full-time day mode, stationary, not trained in the last 4 weeks from public funds and has a minimum secondary education.In addition, a participant may also be a person employed on a short-term contract (up to 6 months) or working on a civil law contract.
Note: a participant in the project can not be a person who left the foster care institution earlier than one year.
The duration of the project: 2/01/2019 – 30/11/2020.
Within 4 months of being admitted to the project, a high quality offer of employment, further education or internship will be provided in accordance with the created action plan:
- individual meetings with a vocational counselor to develop individual action plans, selection of appropriate training;
- training in business issues;
- meetings with a mentor during the preparation of a business plan;
- granting subsidies and bridging support;
- meetings with a mentor after 3 months of activity.
In addition, providing bridging support.
