Projekt realizowany będzie w terminie od 01 sierpnia 2018r. do 31 lipca 2020 r. (łącznie 24 miesiące) i obejmie swym zasięgiem wszystkie powiaty województwa świętokrzyskiego. Celem głównym projektu jest kompleksowa i zindywidualizowana aktywizacja zawodowa 50. osóbbiernych zawodowo (30K/20M) w wieku 18-29 lat, niezatrudnionych, niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu iszkoleniu,zamieszkujących ww.powiaty.Uczestnikom zaproponowane zostaną następujące formy wsparcia: 1/wsparcie doradczo-motywacyjne (w tym: określenie IPD, poradnictwo psychologiczne); 2/grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe; 3/pośrednictwo pracy; 4/szkolenia zawodowe; 5/ staże zawodowe. W efekcie podjętych działań osiągnięte zostaną następujące rezultaty: 1/ min.30K/M uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe, 2/min. 20K/M podniesie kompetencje zawodowe, 3/zatrudnienie uzyska: min. 30% uczestników. Wsparcie w projekcie udzielane będzie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planie Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce. Całkowita wartość projektu to 846 455,88 zł.Czas trwania projektu to 24 m-ce.
