Stowarzyszenie Wspierania Edukacji i Rodziny STERNIK (zwane dalej Sternik) realizuje projekt od 3 września 2018 r.. Sternik posiada zasoby organizacyjne, techniczne i ludzkie do realizacji projektu. Celem głównym projektu jest: podniesienie jakości oferty edukacyjnej dwóch szkół podstawowych Strumienie i Żagle prowadzonych przez Stowarzyszenie Wspierania Edukacji i Rodziny STERNIK poprzez realizację dodatkowych form wpierających wszechstronny rozwój 852 uczniów (406 k/446 m) w okresie 09.2018-08.2022 Realizacja proj. wpłynie pozytywnie na rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy 852/406 k uczniów. Zajęcia będą prowadzone na terenie szkoły po zakończeniu lekcji oraz w weekendy. Cele szczegółowe: 1.Wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych 500/ 240 k uczniów osiągających niższe wyniki w nauce poprzez uczestnictwo w zajęciach wyrównawczych 09.2018-08.2022; 2. Podwyższenie kompetencji kluczowych 440/ 211 k uczniów zdolnych poprzez uczestnictwo w zajęciach rozwijających uzdolnienia 09.2019-08.2022 3. Wzrost talentu, pasji i zainteresowań 852/ 406 k uczniów poprzez uczestnictwo w warsztatach i kółkach zainteresowań 09.2018-08.2022 4. Podwyższenie kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy 852/ 406 k uczniów 09.2018-08.2022 5. Wzrost umiejętności korzystania z technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych oraz kompetencji informatycznych 852/ 406 k uczniów 09.2018-08.2022 6. Wzrost atrakcyjności metod nauczania poprzez doposażenie szkoły w pomoce dydaktyczne i sprzęt ICT 09.2018–08.2022 7. Wzrost kompetencji nauczycieli poprzez realizację szkoleń, studiów podyplomowych 8/1 m 09.2018-08.2022
