Water for insects - education about insects and their ecosystems as an important element of biodiversity protection - Entomopolis in Maciejów, stage 2
“Water for insects – education about insects and their ecosystems as an important element of biodiversity protection – Entomopolis stage 2” is a partnership project in which three entities will be involved: Stobrawa Valley sp. z o.o., State Forests National Forests Inspectorate Kluczbork State Treasury, Bogacica Village Association “Bogatalanta”.
The project involves the construction of the Apiary Laboratory building in the breeding apiary in Maciejów, necessary for the implementation of tasks in the field of biodiversity protection.
The actions taken are aimed at enabling the conduct of activities in the field of:
- environmental education,
- purchase of equipment and furnishings for the purposes of conducting educational classes and workshops,
- conducting natural education for preschool children and primary schools from the area of the province Opole directly in their facilities,
- conducting education in Pracownia Beekeeping.
Educational and nature paths will be created and renovated at the seed husking plant in Lasowice Małe, the second one will be built at the pond in the Natura 2000 PLH160013 area.
Educational boards containing didactic content related to biodiversity, micro-retention and Natura 2000 will be set up in the places where the project will be implemented.
