– thermal insulation of chimneys and ceiling,
– replacement of external door joinery,
– replacement of part of window frames,
– repair of roofing,
– roofing of external stairs,
– lightning protection system,
– replacement of electrical installation along with replacement of light fixtures,
– Construction of photovoltaic installation (micro power plant),
– installation of instantaneous water heaters
– Rebuilding of central heating installation including replacement of radiators,
– construction of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system,
– construction of air conditioning system – vrf system,
