Prevention, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of respiratory diseases with surgical and chemical treatment of thoracic cancers in clinical departments and rehabilitation
The subject of the project is the expansion of the building of the Podkarpackie Center for Lung Diseases in Rzeszów by pavilion “D”, belonging to the F. Chopin Clinical Regional Hospital No. 1, together with the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure, internal installations, land development.
The project also includes the purchase of equipment necessary for the proper provision of health services by PCCHP. The main objective of the project in question is to ensure the comprehensiveness and continuity of medical services in the field of respiratory diseases in the Podkarpackie voivodeship. The implementation of the subject project will be carried out in three stages.
The subject project includes the implementation of Stage I, which includes:
1. preparation of technical documentation for the entire Project including:
a) addition of building D, expansion and reconstruction of building B;
b) reconstruction of building A and reconstruction of the basement of building C;
2. addition of building D and expansion of building B (construction and installation works);
3. relocation of the Pulmonology Chemotherapy Clinic to the rooms of the added building D;
4. Relocation of the Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases Clinic with Sleep Apnea and facilities (68 beds) from the Palace building to the new rooms of the added building D;
5. Relocation of the Laboratory Diagnostics Department and the Pathomorphology Department to the new rooms of the added building D;
6. relocation of the technical and medical facilities rooms to the new rooms of the added building D;
7. renovation of the rooms of the low first floor of aisle C (technical rooms, archive).
For proper operation, obtaining acceptance of the occupancy permit for building D and the extension of building B, it is necessary to construct: a medium voltage trafo station with a generator, a water treatment station, a vacuum room on the low first floor of building D, a food distribution room in the extension of building B, an archive room in building C, construction of staircases, a fire entrance from Lubelska Street with an access road to building D.
