Proj.realizowany w okresie VIII 2018-V 2020 na terenie woj.podkarpackiego. W proj. wsparciem objęte zostaną 72 os. w wieku powyżej 29r.ż., pozostające bez pracy (w tym os.bezrobotne i bierne zaw.), znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. os.o niskich kwalifikacjach (100% UP). Celem gł. proj. jest wzrost do V 2020r. aktywn.zawod.wśród 72 uczestników proj.,tj.pozostających poza rynkiem pracy (bezrobotnych i biernych zaw.) os.w wieku pow. 29 r.ż. o niskich kwalifikacjach z woj.podkarpackiego poprzez nabycie przez min.75% z nich kwalifikacji zaw. i uzyskanie przez min.44% zatrudnienia/ samozatrudnienia dzięki objęciu ich kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawod.W ramach proj.zrealizowane zostaną następujące typy wsparcia: – identyfikacja indywid.potrzeb UP i oprac.IPD – pośrednictwo pracy na każdym etapie realizacji IPD – poradnictwo zaw. – szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia/uzupełnienia/zmiany kwalifikacji i kkompetencji – staże zaw. DZIAŁANIA PROJ.: 1.OKREŚLENIE ŚCIEŻKI WSPARCIA – ZADANIE 1 2.PORADNICTWO ZAWODOWE – ZADANIE 2 3.USŁUGI POŚREDNICTWA PRACY – ZADANIE 3 4.ZINDYWIDUALIZOWANE WSPARCIE SZKOLENIOWE (szkolenia kompetencji i kwalifikacji zaw.) – ZADANIE 4 5.ROZWÓJ DOŚWIADCZENIA ZAW. – ZADANIE 5. Najważniejsze zakładane rezultaty proj.: 0 zdobycie zatrudnienia przez min.44% UP 0 nabycie kwalifikacji przez min.75% UP 0 nabycie/podniesienie kompetencji zaw.przez min.90% UP 0 zdobycie/rozwinięcie doświad.zaw. przez min.90% UP umożliwiającego wejście/powrót na rynek pracy 0 nabycie przez min. 90% UP aktualnej wiedzy nt.rynku pracy i praktycznych umiejętności poruszania się na nim.
