The project aims at launching the mead production facility producing mead from the best selected honeybee coming exclusively from the Warmian bee yards, having an innovative way of bulk breaking. The project is a continuation of the tradition that had occured before 1989 in the area of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, which was confirmed by an appropriate scientific advice. Such obtained support aims at the ventures contributing to building a competitive advantage of the Mead Production Facility of Święta Warmia by creating the offer aiming at recreating the historical economic landscape of that region. The project endeavours to recreate the production of traditional mead from the ground up.
