Výkonná realizácia cieľa prioritnej osi Technická pomoc so zaistením vysokej kvality riadenia, efektívnej implementácie programu Interreg V-A PL-SK 2014-2020, príprava na nové programové obdobie od roku 2020 a efektívneho využitia fondov ERDF prostredníctvom Národného orgánu a prvostupňovej kontroly. Ministerstvo pôdohospodárstva a rozvoja vidieka SR sa ako Národný koordinátor v súlade s operačným programom cezhraničnej spolupráce podieľa na implementácii programu v Slovenskej republike, komunikuje s STS, RO a Infobodmi, pripravuje zmluvy pre národné spolufinancovanie s úspešnými žiadateľmi a zabezpečuje jeho uhrádzanie, zodpovedá za výkon prvostupňovej kontroly pre aktivity realizované slovenskými projektovými partnermi, plní úlohu člena v Monitorovacom výbore, spolupracuje pri aktualizácii programových dokumentov, ako aj v otázke zabezpečenia personálneho vybavenia STS. Finančné prostriedky technickej pomoci sú určené na zabezpečenie činností Národného orgánu, v prevažnej miere sa jedná o personálne, cestovné, administratívne a externé náklady. / Efficient realization of the Technical Assistance priority axis objective ensuring high quality of management, effective implementation of the Interreg V-A Poland-Slovakia 2014-2020 Programme and preparation for the new programming period after 2020 as well as guaranteeing efficient use of ERDF funds through NA and FLC . Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic as National Coordinator in accordance with the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme PL-SK participates on Programme implementation in the Slovak Republic, communicates with JTS, MA and Infopoints, prepares the contracts for national co-financing with successful applicants and provides its reimbursement, is responsible for performance of the FLC of activities implemented by Slovak project partners, acts as member of the Monitoring Committee, cooperates with updating of programme documents as well as with the matter of personal constitution
