CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie do 31.05.2020 zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia osób z grupy docelowej obejmującej 107(64K/43M) osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat, pozostających bez pracy [100% biernych zawodowo], zamieszkujących w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego w województwie śląskim [w tym min. 20% tj. 21 (13K/8M) osób na terenie miast średnich], które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu – tzw. młodzież NEET, z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1, w tym min.: 10 (6K/4M) osób z niepełnosprawnościami i 53 (32K/21M) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Ponadto min. 20% UP tj. 21 (13K/8M) stanowić będą osoby zamieszkujące obszary objęte zatwierdzonym Lokalnym Programem Rewitalizacji. Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu:*uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min.40%UP po opuszczeniu projektu*osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min.39% dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji i min.54% dla pozostałych osób. Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projekcie:1. Identyfikacja potrzeb osób młodych oraz zdiagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy osób młodych, połączona z przygotowaniem IPD i weryfikacją realizacji IPD.2. Wsparcie w postaci indywidualnego pośrednictwa pracy o ciągłym charakterze oraz grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe z zakresu aktywnego poszukiwania pracy.3. Szkolenia zawodowe umożliwiające nabycie lub podniesienie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji.4. Staże zgodne z tematyką szkoleń oferowanych w projekcie na rzecz uczestnika lub posiadanymi przez niego kwalifikacjami lub kompetencjami, umożliwiające nabycie lub uzupełnienie doświadczenia zawodowego.
