Construction of tourist and recreational infrastructure in the Ryterski Raj Recreation Center
The Ryterski Raj Recreation Center was established in the Malopolska Region in the Beskid Sądecki area in the town of Rytro. The construction of the facility included the comprehensive construction of a holiday center with elements of small architecture and infrastructure, the offer of it will not depend on weather conditions and the season. Among others, a roller-skating rink with an area of 600 m2, a multi-purpose sports field, a toddler zone and a 17-meter climbing wall were established. There are two tennis courts on the pitch that can be used as volleyball, basketball or badminton courts. Additionally, it is possible to play football (5-6 people) and handball matches on its entire surface. The roller-skating rink, becoming an ice rink in the winter, has been equipped with the equipment necessary to practice sports depending on the season. In the rental shop at the center you will get helmets, ice skates, and penguins for learning. The area was drained and illuminated, and small architecture elements such as benches and tables were provided. As part of the project, the equipment necessary to maintain the ice rink in the winter season was also purchased: a machine for drying and preserving ice, a dryer for disinfecting and drying skates, and a skid sharpener. The coherent tourist and recreational center and the included ski slope (existing earlier) have become one of the most siginificant attractions of the Rytro municipality. The investment positively influenced increasing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the region and contributed to the increase in visits by tourists not only in Ryterski Raj, but also throughout the municipality. The increase in economic activity will probably mobilize new entrepreneurs to act, especially those operating in the field of tourism and tourism-related services, and those directly related to the promotion of the local potential at Rytro. Their activity, in turn, will translate into an improvement in the quality of life of the local population and will increase the popularity of the entire region among tourists.
