The aim of the project is to develop the underground of the building at Rynek 1 and the underground and rooms of the building of the Museum of the History of the City of Przemysl at Rynek 9 and Serbanska 7, as well as to connect them by means of an underground link in order to give them a new educational, tourist function, economic and the creation of an Underground Tourist Route in Przemysl, together with the reconstruction of the northeastern part of the Old Town Square – a historic area of public space to meet the needs of residents in terms of creating a meeting and integration place, exhibition space and organization of cultural and tourist events, during which residents will be able to participate more actively in public life and integrate more. The project envisages the execution of the necessary construction and installation works, construction of buildings for multimedia installations and scenography, installation of multimedia equipment with applications showing the medieval multicultural history of the castle on the San River. As a result of the project, an area of 0.52 hectares will be revitalized, There are 16,982.00 people living in the areas covered by integrated urban development strategies. The project envisages renovated in urban areas 1,676.20 sqm of usable area of public buildings (3 historic buildings – Rynek 1, Rynek 9, Serbanska 7 and the historic underground collector facility), reconstruction of 3,300 sqm of the northeastern part of the historic Old Town Square. As a result of the work, the energy efficiency of 1 building (Serbanska 7) will also be improved. The project also envisages the creation of 29.80 sqm of space enabling economic activity. As a result of the implementation, it is also expected to increase employment by 5 people.
