Construction and development of small interchanges nodes and bicycle paths connecting them in Sosnowiec - stage II
As part of the project, 5 interchanges nodes will be created in the area: crossing of Pilsudski street; 3 Maja Street, crossing of Ostrogórska Street, Henryk Sienkiewicz street, 1 May street; crossing of 3 Maja street, Żeromskiego street; crossing of Piłsudskiego street, Mireckiego alley and Stara street; crossing of Piłsudski, Sobieski and Kilińskiego street;
Also underground passages will be rebuilt, through: making new ceiling wall coverings, construction of a new floor, making new stairs, installation of platforms for people with disabilities, performing monitoring, roofing, dehydration and lighting.
In the underground passage near the crossing of Pilsudski street;. 3 Maja street, lifts for the disabled will be built.
In addition, the project provides:
construction of bicycle paths, walking and cycling paths, reconstruction of pavements, construction of 2 ticket machines (crossing of 3 Maja and Żeromskiego streets and crossing of Piłsudskiego and Sobieskiego streets), construction of 12 bike rentals with the delivery of 130 bikes, installation of bicycle and bus shelters, creating two bus bays in the area of the crossing of Piłsudski, Sobieski and Kiliński streets, construction of a toilet in the area of the underground passage at the crossing of 3 Maja and Żeromskiego Streets.
