Project will be response to the poor access to the health care system in the provision of diagnostics and treatment in cardiovascular diseases and intensive medical care after operations in Białystok region and Minsk oblast. Used or insufficient treatment base and insufficient knowledge about prophylaxis result in much higher than in EU mortality and lower quality of life. The project overall objective is to improve the quality of life of Bialystok region and Minsk oblast inhabitants through facilitation of access to health care system in cardiovascular diseases and after operation intensive medical care. The result of project realization will be enhanced access to health care in the provision of diagnostics and treatment in cardiovascular diseases and intensive medical care after operations. In order to support the development of public health 10 events will be organized: in conferences, seminars-training meetings and preventive actions 540 people will participate. Conferences and seminars will contribute to dissemination and good practices and knowledge exchange between doctors, preventive actions – among patients. Purchase of specialized medical equipment (136 units: Lead beneficiary 135, Beneficiary 1) will contribute to enhance access to health care. New equipment will allow to introduce 3 new or improved health care services. Examinations and operations gain new quality and safety standard. Hospital staff and patients of partner hospitals and inhabitants 18+ of Białystok region and Minsk oblast as final beneficiaries will benefit from joint project realization. Within “Anti Covid-19 measures” 111 units of medical equipment (52 for Lead Beneficiary, 59 for Beneficiary) and 6580 units of personal medical equipment (3200 for Lead Beneficiary, 3380 for Beneficiary) will be purchased, 1 PCR laboratory will be equipped, increasing testing capacity supported to diagnose and test for COVID-19 (Beneficiary).
