Deployment of an innovative cleaning system for ventilation ducts and plumbing/water installations.
WOD-PAR Instalacje przemysłowe Bogusław Lesiak has been operating on the market since 1993 as a wholly domestic family business. The plant employs approx. 50 people. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The company’s activity is focused on several areas, including, but not limited to:
- Cleaning of sewage systems and sewage disposal equipment,
- Renovations, repairs and maintenance of water machinery and equipment;
- Installation of water, sewage, steam, gas, ventilation and central heating systems;
- Cleaning of ventilation ducts without having to dismantle them,
- Comprehensive implementation of installation projects,
- Installation of sprinkler, gas, heat, water and sewage systems;
- Repair and maintenance of machines,
- Installation of industrial machinery, equipment and fittings,
- Chemical and biological removal of water and boiler scale form refrigeration installations of machines and heat exchangers in industrial plants,
- Installation of groovlock, threaded, soldered and welded pipes (steel and nichrome);
- Cleaning of closed tanks for acceptance by Technical Inspection, oil separators and grit chambers.

The objective of the project was to effectively support the company in the development and deployment of process and product innovations of a technological nature, as well as marketing and organizational innovation through the purchase of pro-innovation services from the BEI and the implementation of an investment in the form of an innovative set of equipment for the provision of cleaning services for ventilation ducts and plumbing/water installations. As part of the project, a specialized hydrodynamic vehicle, a remote-controlled robot for cleaning ventilation ducts and an articulating boom lift were deployed. The implementation of the project will facilitate the growth of: the company’s competitiveness, innovation, level of technology, expansion of the company’s sales markets and offer, sales revenues, as well as the company’s potential enabling further development.
