perspective
2014 - 2020

BTC Korporacja is involved in the development and production of industrial electronic devices, popularisation of modern solutions on the industrial electronics market and conducting R&D work in the fields of electronics, mechatronics and automation. The company is a publisher, manufacturer and distributor of electronic subassemblies, devices and sets, its structures also include a design and consultancy bureau, a training portal operator and a local educational partner for global semiconductor companies.

The main aim of the project realised was to expand the company’s offer by developing an product innovation in the form of a significantly improved PHM/SHM system used for structural monitoring.

Services were also purchased as part of the project, which resulted in know-how being acquired with regard to developing an intelligent vibration and oscillation analyser with digital filtration and automatic sample selection.

Thanks to the investment, a range of research and design work was conducted, resulting in a product innovation in the form of a complete PHM/SHM monitoring system. The work carried out also resulted in prototype diagnostic computers integrated with specialised MEMS sensors, their functionality was tested, diagnostic algorithms were adapted, and a system was prepared for analysing the samples gathered, the structure of the equipment and the device’s software were optimised to maximise the working time of the final product.

This resulted in the development of a device designed for creating distributed statistical systems for predictive monitoring (PHM/SHM) of the condition of mechanical structures, buildings, engines, gears and other mechanical constructions.

The analyser functions as an intelligent hub, gathering together samples from sensors detecting vibration, oscillation, tilts, revolutions, temperature, humidity and light intensity

This is the first solution of its kind on the domestic electronics market.

”The support enabled us to quickly prepare the implementation of a modern diagnostic device whose benefits were recognised by the industrial market as early as the pilot stage.”

Paweł Zbysiński, company owner
