Implementation of the design strategy recommendations in Ecoline
Ecoline has over 20 years of experience in designing and building powder coating lines for various industries.The aim of the project was to implement all the recommendations contained in the developed design strategy. The activities concerned organizational changes in the company, shaping the image of the Ecoline brand and introducing new or significantly modified products described in the strategy to the market.As part of the project, rebranding was carried out – a comprehensive visual identification was developed, a database of photos, videos and expert materials was created for the purpose of designing image materials. The project also included the creation of a new corporate website and the development of a marking system. While implementing the strategy, a person responsible for the brand and the new organizational chart was appointed. A design of a new product, a system of control boards was also developed, and line elements (the company’s products) were redesigned to reduce the accumulation of contaminants. It was connected with the purchase of production equipment indicated in the strategy, i.e. laser, shot blasting machine and eccentric press.As a result of the project, a coherent, memorable brand image was created. The implementation of the project not only improved the company’s positioning in relation to the competition, but also translated into obtaining a competitive advantage by Ecoline’s customers both in Poland and in the world.
