An increase in the competitive position of TOBO Datczuk General Partnership through the implementation of recommendations of the design strategy
The project aimed to implement the recommendations of the design strategy developed in the first stage of the competition. The applicant implemented recommendations that aimed to increase the competitiveness of the company and create new product values. The following activities have been realized within the project:
- launching a product innovation (a line of non-sticky furniture specially designed for the elderly) thanks to cooperation with an external designer
- purchase of machinery and equipment enabling independent and independent execution of a new range of products (veneering machine, panel sawing machine with automatic panel storage, CNC machining center, wide-belt sander, shelf press, forklift truck, high storage racks, electric lift truck, liftcar)
- purchase of production management software
- implementation of a new sales and marketing policy
- development of visual identity book
- purchase of equipment for designing and maintaining client data (computers, server)
- purchase of video production equipment
- reorganize the e-store
- purchase of product configuration software, including pricing
