Development + Work = Future
The project is directed to 85 people (50 Female, 35 Male) living in the communes of: Kwidzyn, Sztum, Pruszcz Gdański, Tczew, aged 18-29, also with disabilities, including:
- not having a job, not registered in an employment office, not participating in education / training;
- people leaving agriculture and their families, working poor, people employed on short-term contracts and working under civil law contracts.
Note: participants in the project cannot be persons who left the institution of foster care earlier than a year.
The aim of the project is to increase employability.
Project duration: 1/11/2019 – 31/12/2020
Support.
Within 4 months of being admitted to the project, a high-quality offer of employment, further education or internship will be offered, in accordance with the created action plan:
- identification of needs and diagnosis of professional opportunities through a meeting with a vocational counselor;
- individual meetings with a psychologist;
- individual coaching, seeking and identifying strengths, motivation;
- vocational training tailored to the needs of the participant and the needs of specific employers;
- 3 month internships;
- help in getting an attractive job.
Additional support:
- training and internship scholarship;
- child and dependent person care;
- accident insurance during the internship;
- reimbursement of travel expenses for classes;
- medical examinations for the purposes of the internship.
