Projekt polega na przepr. naboru Grantob. w celu przyznania 20 grantów na utworzenie w szkołach podst.LOWE. OOO jako Wniosk./Lider/Grantod. jest doświadczoną instyt. gdyż od 18-lat działa w obszarze edukacji a w 2017 roku prowadziła w swoich 4 szkołach podst. 4 LOWE. OOO będzie pełniła funkcję operatora grantów, które przyzna szkołom z całej Polski, wybran. w procesie naboru.Grupą doc. proj. są organy prowadzące szkoły oraz kadra tych instytucji.Projekt wspier. obszary defawory. izgodnie z metodolog. wyboru., OOO udzieli wsparcia fin. Grantob. z terenów wiejskich, małych miast oraz z innych terenów ze zdiag. problemem grup lub obszarów defaw., np. miast lub dzielnic poprzem., obszarów wymag. rewitalizacji.Uczest. proj. będą przedst. 20 zespołów LOWE tj. ok. 80 os., np. nauczyciele, dyr. szkół., prac. jst.W Placówkach, zgodnie z modelem LOWE, zostanie przepr. diagnoza potrzeb lokalnych społ. 20 szkół będzie wydatkowało przyznany grant w wysokości 250 tys. zł.Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu dorosłych oraz społ.lok. do różnych form uczenia się przez całe życie poprzez utworzenie i funkc. 20 LOWE w 20 szkołach na terenie całego kraju, w ramach przyznanych 20 grantów w wysokości 250 tys., w okresie od 1.11.2019 roku do 28.02.2022 rW celu wsparcia Grantob. przewidziano szkolenia a także opiekę spec. na etapie wydatków. grantu. Dla prof. realiz. proj.OOO zbudowała 6- cio podmiot. konsorcjum a partnerami w projekcie są NGO tj. Stowarzysz. STOPA, PISK, EŁK, RCWS oraz Gmina Łagiewniki. 3 partnerów jakOOO realizował LOWE w ramach I rundy, natomiast 2 partnerów posiada doświad. w regrantingu i lokalne biura wróżnych regionach kraju.OOO i partnerzy zaangażują ok. 10 os., tj. dośw. ekspert. do realz. proj. Razem posiadają pot. kadrowy i iinfrastr. oraz wmagane. w regulam., doświad., do realizacji proj. o wart. do 10 mln.OOO zaangaż. do realiz. zadań meryt. os. z niepełn. Projekt jest zgodny z zasad. równoś. k i m oraz równośćszans i niedyskrym.
