Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja bud. SP, Gimnazjum, Przedszkola i łącznika. Wszystkie te instytucje funkcjonują w jednej połączonej zabudowie i dla takiej zabudowy przygotowany wspólny audyt energetyczny. Projekt obejmuje: Ocieplenie ścian fundamentowych, ścian zewnętrznych oraz stropu/dachu, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej, modern. CO i/lub CWU, Oświetlenie komunikacji, modernizacja wentylacji na mechaniczną z odzyskiem ciepła – rekuperacją, wymianę węzła cieplnego w obiekcie, wspartego pompą ciepła na potrzeby CWU, ponadto planuje się montaż urządzeń i elektroniki systemu zarządzania energią (TIK). Gr. docelowe: mieszkańcy G. Trzciel, użytkownicy obiektów Zespołu Edukacyjnego w Trzcielu, władze G. Trzciel, instytucje systemu ochrony środ. Gł. cel projektu: Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze budynków użyteczności publicznej na obszarze G. Trzciel poprzez optymalizację gosp. energetycznej w bud. publ. w m. Trzciel.
